The service is divided in two phases, minimizing costs and allowing your firm to decide, based on our findings and your knowledge, whether it is worth to proceed with a second phase.


Phase 1

A market mapping is developed, researching and directly contacting the market and getting the required feedback that allows ITA to determine the channels to market and obtain preliminary answers from potential distributors regarding the potential of the export project to Spain .

Phase 2

Design and preparation of agenda with the most suitable potential distributor/agents in order to sustain matchmaking meetings. ITA serves as moderator of the meetings and presents an analysis containing their views for the design of the most suitable exports sales channel.
